Granting or removing access to an email account
eMPerson8r access requests must come from the department's owner. Other requests will be denied.
The ESU Visitor Computer Access Service offers temporary computer access for non-ESU guests who require it for events for academic or university-related purposes. This service ensures secure and monitored access to ESU computing resources while protecting university systems and data.
A shared mailbox makes it easy for a group of people to monitor and send email from an email alias like helpdesk@emporia.edu. When a person replies to a message sent to the shared mailbox, the email appears to be from the shared address, not from the individual user.
This service is to request an account for a Vendor, Visitor, or Volunteer (VVV). A VVV role in our system is needed in order to create an ESU account and be able to grant access to ESU email, systems, or doors. This form starts the process. IT Security partners with Human Resources on this service request.
