Banner Access Request

eMPerson8r Access Request

eMPerson8r access requests must come from the department's owner. Other requests will be denied.

Request a Shared Mailbox (Email)

A shared mailbox makes it easy for a group of people to monitor and send email from an email alias like helpdesk@emporia.edu. When a person replies to a message sent to the shared mailbox, the email appears to be from the shared address, not from the individual user.

VVV Email Request

This form will be used by HR to request an email account for someone that has the VVV role and needs an email account. Email accounts are not created by default for those with just a VVV role. Please note that email access can take 24-48 hours to process.
