Request Access to Cognos Reporting

Description of Service:

• Cognos is a web-based tool for query and reporting that supports information analysis and reporting needs of Banner users. 
• It is used for accessing data and reporting out on data in the Data Warehouse and other systems of record. 
• Cognos provides access to a very large amount of secure data, which must be monitored to prevent accidental release of student or employee private data. 
• Access to reports within Cognos is granted by request.

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Student Employees

How do I get it:

• Click the Request Access button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
