Phone Service Change/Feature Request

Description of Service:

  • Cell Phones
    • International travel will require configuration on your ESU-owned cell phone
  • Office phones
    • Optional configuration includes
      • Call forwarding
      • Auto-Response
      • Caller ID change or phone reassignment

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty

How do I get it:

  • Click on Request Service button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There will be no charge for the configuration but travel international fees might have additional costs
