General IT Help Request

Description of Service:

  • This request type is for instances when the Service Catalog or Knowledge Base have not provided a resolution. Click Request Help to submit a general IT support ticket to the IT Help Desk.
  • For a seamless user experience, use the search to locate the specific form to your issue. Forms ask direct questions to assist with resolving issues more quickly.

Who can use it:

  • Staff, Faculty, & Students

How do I get it:

  • Click the Request Help button at the upper-left 
  • ESU login required for service. 
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
