Description of Service:

Use this request form to:

• Canvas technical assistance
• Add/Remove users (Adding AOP coaches, students, teachers, etc.)
• Course shell creation
• Merging courses/sections
• Copying courses
• Academic attendance
• Integrations (LTI)
• Other general Canvas issues

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Students

How do I get it:

• Click Request Assistance button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
