Description of Service:

  • Report connection issues
  • Issues adding a new device
  • Request bypass code for one time access

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Student Employees

How do I get it:

  • Click Report Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
