Request Duo Token

Description of Service:

  • Hardware token may be used in place of a personal cell phone to authenticate with Duo 2 factor
  • Hardware tokens must be requested from the IT Help Desk

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Student Employees
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click Request Token button on the right 
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.  
  • First hardware token is free of charge
  • Additional or replacement tokens are $10 each
  • If you cannot pick up the token at the Help Desk, a fee will be charged for shipping.
