Wireless Network Issue

Description of Service:

  • Having trouble with the wireless network? Please submit a ticket if you are experiencing:
    • Poor wireless signal strength in a location
    • Dropped wireless connections
    • Problems with accessing the wireless network BUT NOT problems with your username or password.
    • Slow wireless performance 
    • Other wireless-related issues

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click Report an Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
