Description of Service:
IT provides support for cellular devices that are owned and managed by ESU. This includes devices purchased from NexTech and Verizon.
Support for personally owned devices are limited and follow the same restrictions as requesting "Personal Device Assistance".
The assistance that we can perform on non-ESU devices include:
- Software installation from the App store
- Minimal Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Hardware diagnostics does not include repair. Referral for repair shops will be provided.
For ESU-owned devices we can perform:
- Initial Device setup and enrollment into management software
- Software Installations
- Troubleshooting Cellular connections and other device-related issues
- Coordinate with our vendors for purchases or other assistance.
