Personal Device Assistance

Description of Service:

  • IT Help Desk can assist with some issues with personal computing devices.
  • Assistance includes:
    • Virus and spyware removal
    • ESU software installations and configurations
    • Minimal hardware diagnostics
      • NOTE: Hardware diagnostics does NOT include repair.  Referral for local repairs will be provided
      • Please read the Terms & Conditions located here.

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click on Request Service button on the right. 
    • Device will need to be brought to the IT HelpDesk (Cremer Hall 149) for service
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
