Teams Calling Issues

Description of Service:

  • This request is used to report any issues or ask qestions.

Who can use it:

  • ESU Staff or Faculty placing calls from their own number via the Teams App or from a desk phone
  • Student Employees using a Common Area Phone (CAP)

How do I get it:

  • Submit an IT Service Request for Standard Desktop Support. 
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
