Teams Calling Issues

Description of Service:

  • This request is used to report any issues or ask questions.

Who can use it:

  • ESU Staff, Faculty, or Student Employees that have a number that is migrated over to Teams Calling

How do I get it:

  • Submit an IT Service Request for Standard Desktop Support. 
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
