  • Use this service to make a request for a new cell phone, cellular iPad or Hot spot from one of our vendors for the purpose of ESU business.
  • You can also report an issue with an existing device.

  • ESU Faculty

How do I make a request or report an issue?

  • Submit an IT Service Request for Standard Desktop Support. 
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.

Additional Information:

ESU may purchase devices from NexTech or Verizon based on service coverage.
