- IT Change Management Request
Who can use it:
Steps to request a change:
- Click Change Request button on the upper-right and complete the form
- Communicate with the appropriate parties
- Have a back up plan
- The change will then be sent to department leadership for approval
- Once approved you may begin the work at the date & time designated in the form
- When the change is complete, the assigned technician should make notes in the ticket and mark the assigned task as complete. This will close the ticket.
