Description of Service:

  • IT Change Management Request

Who can use it:

  • IT Staff Only

Steps to request a change: 

  • Click Change Request button on the upper-right and complete the form
  • Communicate with the appropriate parties
  • Have a back up plan
  • The change will then be sent to department leadership for approval
  • Once approved you may begin the work at the date & time designated in the form
  • When the change is complete, the assigned technician should make notes in the ticket and mark the assigned task as complete. This will close the ticket.
