Return IT Equipment

Description of Service:

  • Use this service to return and track ESU-issued items when an employee leaves the university. This may include a computer, charger, docking station, cell phone, tablet, hotspot, keys, or access card. Please complete this form and bring the items to the IT Help Desk in Cremer Hall 149. When you arrive, let the front desk know you have completed a ticket for this return.

  • Staff & or Faculty

How do I get it:

  • Click Return Equipment button at the upper-right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.

  • IT is responsible for computer stock, inventory, and the purchasing of university devices, as well as ensuring their security.
