Description of Service:

• Use this form when a report is not running or the output is not as expected. This form can also be used for general Cognos support issues.

• Staff
• Faculty

How do I get it:

• Click on Report an Issue
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
