Computer Reload/Image

Description of Service:

You may request a reload or re-image your ESU-owned computer.  Reasons you might make this request:

• Computer running slow 
• Infected with viruses/malware or otherwise compromised
• Need upgrade of operating system
• Computer needs wiped for new user

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Student Employees

How do I get it:

• Click on the Request Service button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
