Description of Service:
You may request a reload or re-image your ESU-owned computer. Reasons you might make this request:
- Computer running slow
- Infected with viruses/malware or otherwise compromised
- Need upgrade of operating system
- Computer needs wiped for new user
Who can use it:
- Staff
- Faculty
- Student Employees
How do I get it:
- Click on the Request Service button on the right
- Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
How much does it cost?
- There is no cost for technical support.
