Description of Service:
This service is available to report any issues experienced with the OnBase environment. This includes, but is not limited to, issues identified with:
- Issues with scanning and managing documents
- Issues with workflow for automating business processes
- Issues with integrated electronic approval
- Issues with logging in or viewing documents/forms

- Click Report an Issue button on the right
- Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
