OnBase Issue

Description of Service:

This service is available to report any issues experienced with the OnBase environment. This includes, but is not limited to, issues identified with:

  • Issues with scanning and managing documents 
  • Issues with workflow for automating business processes
  • Issues with integrated electronic approval
  • Issues with logging in or viewing documents/forms

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click Report an Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
