Having trouble logging into OnBase?
Here are some things to look at and try:

Are you off-campus? If so you have options:
Using the Unity client, you will either have to use a VPN client, or use SkyLab
The web client should connect fine from off-campus.
What browser are you using?
Safari is unreliable
Recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
Does your university password work for other sites, such as email, or Banner?
If not, go to Hornet365.com to reset your password
Are you a new employee?
If so, your account settings may not be completely configured for access to OnBase. Check with your department Administrative Assistant to confirm your account. VVV role does not have OnBase access.
For other problems using the web version of OnBase, try clearing your browser or use an incognito or private browser window.
For more information, go to Hornet 365.com, click on Employees, then find the OnBase tile.
