Phone Issue

Description of Service:

  • If you are having issues with desk phone, cell phone, elevator phone, or blue light (emergency) phone.
  • If you need help configuring desk phone, cell phone, or call forwarding 

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty

How do I get it:

  • Click Report an Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
