Overview

University Solutions manages card access for most campus buildings. The following buildings are managed by other departments. To request access or changes for these locations, contact the appropriate department directly:

  • Towers, Schallenkamp, and Abigail – Residential Life: 620-341-5264
  • HPER Building
    • Athletics areas: 620-341-5349
    • HPER areas: 620-341-5926
  • Memorial Union – 620-341-5900

For all other campus buildings, supervisors may submit an access request for:

  • Adding or removing users from the card access system
  • Adjusting card access hours
  • Requesting a quote for new card access equipment

You can also submit a request to report:

  • Problems using your university ID card for building access
  • Issues with the Gallagher Mobile App
  • Problems with a card-accessed door
  • Door access that is not working correctly

What to Include

  • A clear description of the issue, including what building & door
  • The system, application, or device affected.
  • Any error messages you receive.
  • When the issue started and the steps to reproduce it, if known.
  • Screenshots/Photos or other details that may help us investigate.
