TargetX User Issue

Description of Service:

  • When applying to the university, TargetX is the system used by students (undergrad, grad, & international) and admissions staff. This form can be used for a customer that is encountering issues signing into the Undergrad, Graduate, or International Admission portals.

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Submit an IT Ticket by clicking the Request Help button on the upper-right of the page
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
