Description of Service:
Faculty and employees print to departmental network (shared) printers. Students can send print jobs to SkyPrint stations located across campus.
- Printer installation- Assistance with adding a network or local printer to your computer, installing a new printer, copier, or scanner
- Report printer issues- Paper jams, error messages, print quality, & other print or scanning problems
- Request new printer- Provide a quote for a new printer
- SkyPrint issue- Jobs not printing, request a refund, out of paper or toner, and other printing errors
How do I get it:

- Support available Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
How much does it cost?
- There is no cost for technical support.
- New printer costs will vary depending on the type of device and will be based on current university pricing.
