Description of Service:

Faculty and employees print to departmental network (shared) printers. Students can send print jobs to SkyPrint stations located across campus.

  • Printer installation- Assistance with adding a network or local printer to your computer, installing a new printer, copier, or scanner
  • Report printer issues- Paper jams, error messages, print quality, & other print or scanning problems
  • Request new printer- Provide a quote for a new printer
  • SkyPrint issue- Jobs not printing, request a refund, out of paper or toner, and other printing errors

How do I get it:

  • Click the appropriate button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
  • New printer costs will vary depending on the type of device and will be based on current university pricing.
