SkyLab Access (Employee Desktop)

Description of Service:

• SkyLab is a remote desktop location for employees.  Remote environment provides access for:
  • MAC users to have PC environment for applications which are only available from PC
  • Employees to have access to software ordinarily not available on their desktop, for example;
    • SAS, SPSS, OnBase etc
• Request must be made to have access

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty

How do I get it:

• Click Request Access button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
