Secure File Upload

Description of Service:

• This application will allow anyone, whether on campus or off, to upload any private document directly into a SharePoint site where it can be secured
• This application is accessed through either a link on a department's website or emailed directly to the outside party.
• This process stores the documents uploaded directly into a secure pre-established SharePoint folder that is managed by the department associated with the request.
• Each department that wishes to use the service will need to request their site to be created.

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Students

How do I get it:

• Click on the Request Site button on the right to set up your department site 
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
