Accessibility Support

Description of Service:

• We provide assistance and consultation with accessibility support for Canvas courses, assignments, documents, and accessibility training.
• Blackboard A11Y is a revolutionary product that integrates seamlessly into Canvas and focuses on making digital course content more accessible for everyone. Students will have access to a variety of alternative format file downloads. Faculty will see at a glance if any content is inaccessible.

• Staff
• Faculty
• Students

How do I get it:

• To open a support ticket click the Request Service button on the right.
• Support available Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
