Hornet Lab Issues

Description of Service:

  • Hornet Lab is a virtual computing environment allowing access to campus resources anywhere you have an internet connection. 
  • These resources include software that is not available to install on personal computers, and software that can only work in an on-campus environment.
  • Issues may include:
    • Login issues
    • Browser issues

Who can use it:

  • Staff & Faculty (by request)
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • To report issues with SkyLab, click the Report Issue button on the right.
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
