Scanner Issue

Description of Service:

  • Issues with ESU-owned scanners may include:
    • poor image quality
    • file type issues
    • OCR

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students​​​​​​ employees

How do I get it:

  • Click on Report Issue button on the right 
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
