Request New Microsoft Team/SharePoint Group

Description of Service:

  • SharePoint Groups are a collaboration tool used for storing files, providing updates and other content--all part of a website available to your group members. 
  • The SharePoint Group also has an email address that forwards all messages to each individual group member (ie. a distribution list). 
  • You will also be able to access the group in the Teams app and can access the files from the document library.
  • A SharePoint Group can contain members outside of ESU. (must be requested)

Who can use it:

  • Staff, Faculty, Student Employees, & Student Organizations

How do I get it:

  • Click the Request Group button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
