Door Access Issues

Description of Service:

• IT manages building/door access (via card technology) for most of the buildings on campus, with the following exceptions:
  • Please call the number listed with the building if have any issues with access to these buildings
    • Towers/Schallenkamp/Abigail - Contact Res life at 620-341-5264
    • HPER Building-
      • For Athletics contact -(620) 341-5349
      • For HPER (620) 341-5926
    • Memorial Union- (620) 341-5900
    • Butcher CECE- (620) 341-5290

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Students

How do I get it:

• For all other building/door access issues, click the Report an Issue button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
