New Access Point

Description of Service:

  • A wireless access point replacement or relocation may be indicated if you experience one of these issues:
    • wireless coverage in your area is weak.
    • wireless network seems slow 
  • IT services can do strength test in your area and make recommendations 

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click on Request Service button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • Signal test is no cost to the users
  • If additional access point are needed, additional network connection might also be needed.
  • IT services will provide a quote and recommendations
