Firewall Request

Description of Service:

  • Adjustments to the ESU Firewall may be required to allow software connections to an outside vendor for data transfer. 
  • Additionally, some outside vendors may need to be ‘white-listed’ to do business with ESU.
  • Departments may make these requests, subject to approval.

 Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty

How do I get it:

  • Click on Request Service button on the right.
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
