Network Issue

Description of Service:

• Wired networking, also known as Ethernet, provides an Internet connection for a desktop or laptop computer, or for some other network-capable device.
• Issues with wired connections will be most noticable if network connection fails, or is sporadic

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Students

How do I get it:

• Click Report an Issue button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
