Description of Service:
Emporia State's primary payment gateway is TouchNet. For TouchNet Marketplace issues with order fulfillments, refunds, transaction research, error message resolution, product and store support please contact the University Business Office or the Cashiering Office. If you are unable to reach those offices, the IT Help Desk can serve as a liaison to ensure your issue is received and addressed.
To better meet your customer care needs please provide us with important information such as order ID, transaction date, amount, reference#, and transaction ID. Don’t forget to add a screenshot of the issue if necessary. Please DO NOTinclude bank account numbers, date of birth, SSN, etc.
