Anti-virus Software Issue

Description of Service:

  • If your anti-virus is not working or you would like IT to check your computer's anti-virus to ensure it functioning 
  • Check to see if the software is on the newest version

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click Report an Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
