Description of Service:

• This service is available to assist individuals with both technical and functional related issues and questions for Ellucian DegreeWorks.
• These issues can be general questions, access related, scribing and technical, etc.

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Students

How do I get it:

• Click on Report an Issue button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
