Upgrade or Enhancement to Auxiliary System

Description of Service:

ESU has a number of applications in use across campus. Auxiliary systems consist of any application that is not Banner ERP, OnBase ECM, Recruitment, or Degree Analysis. Due to this, Auxiliary applications consist of a wide range of applications including, but not limited to:

  • TerraDotta (International)
  • Handshake (Career Services)
  • T2 Flex (Parking)
  • Point & Click (Health Center)
  • Blackbaud (Advancement CRM)
  • Starrez (Housing)
  • CBORD (Memorial Union)
  • UniversityTickets (Ticket Office)
  • CampusLabs

IT can/will act as a liasion and support for auxiliary system upgrades and enhancements. These requests are typically made to IT by the functional office that owns the system.

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty

How do I get it:

  • Click Request Service button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for IT's assistance of upgrades and enhancements to auxiliary systems.
  • There may be costs associated with the upgrade or enhancement from the system's vendor.
