Auxiliary System Issues

Description of Service:

ESU has a number of applications in use across campus. Auxiliary systems consist of any application that is not Banner ERP, OnBase ECM, Recruitment, or Degree Analysis. Due to this, Auxiliary applications consist of a wide range of applications including, but not limited to:

  • TerraDotta (International)
  • Handshake (Career Services)
  • T2 Flex (Parking)
  • Point & Click (Health Center)
  • Blackbaud (Advancement CRM)
  • Starrez (Housing)
  • CBORD (Memorial Union)
  • UniversityTickets (Ticket Office)
  • CampusLabs

If known, please contact the functional office before submitting a ticket. If the functional determines a ticket is needed, they will submit the ticket on your behalf. If you do not know or have a functional office contact, please submit your request to the IT Help Desk who will act as the liasion.

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Students

How do I get it:

  • Click Report an Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
