Building/Door Access

Description of Service:

• IT manages building/door access (via card technology) for most of the buildings on campus, with the following exceptions:
  • Please call the number listed with the building if you need to request changes to the building access
    • Towers/Schallenkemp/Abigail - Contact Res life at 620-341-5264
    • HPER Building-
      • For Athletics contact -(620) 341-5349
      • For HPER (620) 341-5926
    • Memorial Union- (620) 341-5900
    • Butcher CECE- (620) 341-5290
• For all other buildings, these services are available and requestable using the button on the right
  • Add or Remove users from card access system
  • Adjust access hours
  • Quote new card access equipment

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty

How do I get it:

• Click on Request Service button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
