Outlook Email

Description of Service:

• ESU provides an Office 365 Outlook email account for faculty and staff (including student employees). 
• Outlook is accessible from a desktop client, or through the Hornet365 portal. 
• Mobile users may download the app from their app store

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty
• Student Employees

How do I get it:

• To report an issue with Outlook, click the Report an Issue button on the right
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is no cost for technical support.
