ESU Custom Application

Description of Service:

  • Some systems and services used by ESU have been developed by Application Developers within the IT department.
  • This service is available to report an issue with any of the applications ESU's IT department has custom developed "in-house". This includes, but is not limited to, support for:
    • AMS
    • Timeclocks
    • ESU Mobile App
    • Emperson8r

Who can use it:

  • Staff
  • Faculty

How do I get it:

  • Clilck Report an Issue button on the right
  • Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

  • There is no cost for technical support.
