New Fax Service

Description of Service:

• ESU has implemented a centralized fax system, eliminating the need for fax machines
• A dedicated phone number is still required to route the faxes
• Fax client software is required only for certain features, and is free to download.
• No client software is required to send fax via Outlook or the fax web page.
• Additional fax numbers may be requested by departments

Who can use it:

• Staff
• Faculty

How do I get it:

• To request another fax line, click the Request Service button on the right
• To download the fax client software, click here.
• Support available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How much does it cost?

• There is a $15/month charge for a fax number
• There is no cost for technical support.
