Description of Service:
ESU works with Verizon and NexTech Wireless to provide cell phones with cellular service to employees of ESU who need to continue to operate while off campus.
You can Request a Cellular Device when:
- You would like a Quote for a new device or accessory.
- You would like to Activate, Deactivate, or Suspend a device.
- Checkout a hot spot
You can Report an Issue when:
- Your device isn't working properly
- You have a question about your device or device's service
- You have any question related to your ESU owned Cellular Device

- You can submit a request by completing a form located on the right side of the page.
- Support is available Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
How much does it cost?
The cost for a new device vary depending on the age of the device, or vendor.
We may decide to purchase a device from NexTech or Verizon based on Service Coverage, costs, or device availability.
NexTech Pricing Model:
- 3-year (36 months) contract on all devices purchased new.
- Monthly Cellular plan is $45 per month and includes Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
Verizon Pricing Model:
- 2-year (24 months) contract on all devices purchased new.
- Monthly Cellular plan is $60 per month and includes Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
