Building/Door Access Request

University Solutions manages building/door access (via card technology) for most of the buildings on campus, with the following exceptions:

Please call the number listed with the building if you need to request changes to the building access

• Towers/Schallenkemp/Abigail - Contact Res life at (620)-341-5264
• HPER Building-
  • For Athletics contact (620) 341-5349
  • For HPER (620) 341-5926
• Memorial Union- (620) 341-5900

For all other buildings, supervisors can request access 

The following can also be requested by door owners

• Add or Remove users from card access system
• Adjust access hours
• Quote new card access equipment
