- Set up Voicemail for Teams

Steps:
Click on the different links to fast forward to the section you want to view:
On the Teams Desktop Application:
1) From the Teams application, click the three horizontal dots next to your profile icon in the top right
2) Click "Settings"
3) From the options presented, select "Calls"
4) Scroll down to the "Manage voicemail" section, and click "Record a greeting"
5) A number pad will be brought up on the next screen, the options are as follows: "to play and record your personal greeting press 1, to play and record your greeting for while you are away press 2, to exit press the * (star) key"
6) You will then be prompted to press 1 on the number pad when you are ready to record your meeting. You will then record your message after the tone. After you have recorded your message, you will be prompted to press 1 to accept your voicemail, press 2 to rerecord your voicemail, or to press 3 and delete the recording and use the default voicemail greeting.
On the Teams Mobile App:
1) Click on the profile Icon in the top left had side of Teams
2) Click on the "Settings" tab that appears on the screen that pops up
3) Select the "Calling" tab on the setting screen
4) Click "Change Voice mail Greeting". You will then be walked through how to set up what you would like your voice mail to sound like
5) You will then be brought to a call where it will walk you through the setup process. The setup from this point is the same as performing this on a computer.
On the Teams Physical Phone:
1) On the Physical phone you will click the profile icon in the top left
2) Then click the "Settings" option
3) Then select "Calling"
4) Finally, click "Change voice mail greetings"
5) You will then be brought into a call where you are walked through the voice mail setup process
How to set up a Text-to-Speech Voicemail Greeting:
Note: This setting can only be enabled, modified, or configured from the Teams application on a computer
1) From the Teams application, click the three horizontal dots next to your profile icon in the top right
2) Click "Settings"
3) From the options presented, select "Calls"
4) Scroll down to the "Manage Voicemail" section, and click in the "Your Custom Greeting" text box
