There are two separate systems that students can grant users access to. This article is about Proxy Access. This allows access to Grades, Financial Aid, and Schedules. The second system is for Authorized Users. This can be added to access Payments, Bills, and Tax Statements. Check the Knowledge Base to find more articles on how to grant and accept access to these systems.
1) Go to hornet365.com. Click on Students. Click the “Proxy Access” icon. Then click Login for Grade, Schedules, and Financial Aid.
2) Sign in using your ESU username and password.
3) Select the Proxy Access tab, then click “Proxy Management”.
4) Click on “Add Proxy”.
5) Enter all required information for your proxy. Then click Add Proxy.
6) Click Expand next to the person you’ve added. On the Profile tab select a relationship from the dropdown menu and add start and end access dates. You can add a description and a passphrase. (You will need to share the passphrase with your proxy)
Note: From the bottom of this page you can email your passphrase, reset the pin, or delete the proxy relationship.
7) Under the Authorization tab, select the items you would like your proxy to have access to, this information automatically saves. If your proxy cannot access the account or does not remember their email address, has a change of an email address, or can't log in or reset the password, the student will need to go into their account and remove the proxy and re-add it.
