Voicemail - Self-Service PIN Reset

Steps:

If you have forgotten or do not know your ESU voice mail PIN number, you can reset it as follows:

1. You must either be connected to the ESU network on-campus or connected via the VPN to access the voicemail self-service portal.

2. Browse to https://myvoicemail.esuad.ds/inbox. Log in with your ESU credentials.

You may be prompted that the page is not secure, this message is OK. Click Advanced. Then click the link that says 'continue to myvoicemail.esuad.ds'

3. Select Settings.

4. Select Passwords, Change PIN.

5. Enter and confirm your new PIN number and press Save.
