Steps:

1. Open a blank document in Word. Click File, then Print.

2.  Select the printer, then select Output Method.

3. Select Account Track.

4. Enter your access code in the Password field, and select Save Settings, and Do Not Show This Window When Setting. Click OK.

Note: Your code is the same pin that you use to make copies. Not sure that you have a code? Contact your department's admin assistant.
