How To:
- Add an Access Code for a Konica Minolta Printer on a Mac

- Student Employees on University owned computers.
Steps:
1) Open a blank document in Word. Click File, then Print.
2) Double check the printer that is selected, then expand "Printer Options"
3) Click the "Information button (i)" next to "Output Method".
4) Click "Account Track" and enter your print code in the "Password" box.
4a) Click OK on the open windows and then click Print to print your document using the settings you just created. These settings should stay the same next time that you print.
