Adding Access Code/Print Code to Mac

Steps:

If your department uses a Konica Minolta that requires a Print Code/ Access Code / Copier Code refer to the instructions below to add it to your Mac Device.

Note: Your code is the same pin that you use to make copies. Not sure that you have a code? Contact your department's admin assistant.


Add an Access Code for a Konica Minolta Printer on a Mac 

1) Open "Microsoft Word" and at the top left corner click "File" then "Print"

In Word: Click "File" then click "Print"

2) Select your "Printer" and scroll down and expand the section called: "Printer Options". If your printer is not listed contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

3) Select "Output Method"

Click "Output Method"

4) Check the "Account Track" box and enter your code into the "Password" box and click "OKLeave the "Department" box blank.

Click "Account Track" enter your code into the "Password" box and click "OK"

5) Go back to the "Presets" area and click "Save Current Settings as a Preset..." to save your settings for next time you print.
