Instructions
1. Once you create a ticket for a Gallagher Mobile Credential, your account will be created, and you should receive an email from no-reply@security.gallagher.cloud.
2. Make sure to open the email on your phone; it makes the process easier.
3. In the email, there will be a list of instructions for you to follow. This email will look like this:
4. Once you download the app and accept the credential, Gallagher will open, and you will see 3 different tabs at the bottom: Cards, Access, and Notifications.
5. This means that you have completed all the steps. Your mobile credential will mimic the same access that your Hornet Card has access to. Whenever you are near a Bluetooth reader you can pull out your phone and badge into the door.
